Fantom Operations Ltd confirms that its relationship between Michael Kong and itself has been terminated with immediate effect.

Michael Kong is not authorized to represent, speak for, or act on behalf of the Company or the Sonic ecosystem, and holds no further role in the future of Sonic.

The Company is addressing all outstanding matters through the appropriate professional and legal channels and reserves all of its rights. It does not intend to comment further at this time.
